The Lead Generation feature on CloudPano allows you to seamlessly integrate a lead capture form into your virtual tours. This feature is designed to help you and your clients gather information from interested viewers, turning them into potential leads with ease. By customizing this form to fit the specific offer or message you want to convey, you can increase engagement and conversion rates directly from your virtual tours.

How It Works

Step 1: Turn On Lead Capture

In the Lead Generation tab on CloudPano, activate the "Turn On Lead Capture Form" option. This action unveils customization options, including the ability to upload a promotional image and decide where leads should be sent.

Step 2: Customize Your Lead Capture Form

• Upload Promotional Image: Choose an image that highlights the offer or message you're promoting. This image will appear on the lead capture modal, attracting viewers' attention and encouraging them to submit their information.
• Destination Email: Specify the email address where collected leads should be sent. This could be the restaurant owner's email, the sales team, or any designated recipient handling leads for your client.
• Message Display & Call-to-Action: Craft a compelling message that motivates viewers to act. For example, "Get 50% off your French fries. Claim this coupon by adding your information below." Customize the request information button to something enticing like "Free Coupon."

Step 3: Publish & Capture Leads

After customization, publish your tour. A lead capture icon, labeled with your chosen call-to-action (e.g., "Free Coupon"), will appear on the tour. When viewers click on this icon, they're greeted with the promotional image and your message, prompting them to submit their contact details. This information is then forwarded to the specified email, generating a lead for your client.
